The Skiff Club
The only fine dining restaurant with 2 Michelin stars in Arcachon Bay, and with a world of the legendary local yacht club, the restaurant serves its dishes in an impressive veranda adjoining the Grand Lounge. It has an elegant, family ambiance, which feels slightly old-fashioned as if it had always been there. Three skiffs hang from the veranda’s white framework. These boats float over the tables, shaking up guests points of view.

Chef Stéphane Carrade’s love for cooking stems from inheriting strong family values which his grandmother instilled in him from the age of five, and thanks to which his concept of sharing and spending time together is deeply anchored.
Patience and working every day worked their magic and led him to create authentic cuisine which illustrates and pays tribute to the territory he loves so much, and his taste for childhood memories of holidays on Arcachon Bay in Gironde.
Today he’s at the helm of the Skiff Club, a two-star restaurant where he hones incredible style and applies his creative strength in the peaceful and inspiring surroundings.
Café Ha(a)ïtza located opposite the hotel was opened in June 2015 and hones a simple and relaxed ambiance.

The place is one where families, friends, tourists and those who live in Bay get together. It’s a place for sharing and encounters. The brigade that has been with William Techoueyres for years operates in the kitchen and dining room. It’s a young, dynamic, enthusiastic and really nice team!

The hotel’s brasserie welcomes you in the Grand Lounge, on the terrace or by the pool to enjoy all sorts of salads, omelettes, club sandwiches or wood-fired grilled meat, and not forgetting Antony Prunet’s pastries.
Every Sunday, Stéphane Carrade puts on a Brunch with an incredible buffet of starters, seafood, savoury crepes, meat, fish, vegetables, cheeses, desserts, sweet crepes and ice creams
