The Family Bakery

Open daily from 8am to 7pm

At very entrance of the Hotel, the Patisserie welcomes all gourmands in a poetic setting where luminous marble, natural wood and raw piqued concrete meet in a creative harmony. The large swiveling mirrors, the greedinous of the lemon-yellow walls and the giant cups that decorate the Patisserie, remind us of the surrealist experience of Ha(a)ïtza, and carry us into an awakened dreamland between Lewis Caroll and Walt Disney, which revives in everyone a childish nostalgia.

A poetry announcing the creations of pastry chef Antony Prunet, his trusted right hand man, Romain Breton and her assistant chef, Amaryllis Desorbais.

At 30, Antony Prunet is one of the most promising pastry chefs in France. World champion in 2012 for ‘cannelés’, he has already collaborated with several great starred chefs. He invites us to come and rediscover, on a Sunday, the great classics of pastry: Paris-Brest, mille-feuille or rum baba and also offers a selection of take away cakes for a snack on the beach or a boat ride on the Banc d’Arguin – cannelés, eclairs , cakes, tarts and clafoutis.

Open all day, the Tea House has a varied selection of infusions and organic teas to accompany poetic sweet treats.
