La pâtisserie
de ma fille
Since 2016, the pastry Anthony Prunet delights our taste buds at La Patisserie de Famille in the Ha(a)ïtza hotel at Le Pyla sur Mer.
The opening of La Patisserie de ma Fille in Arcachon, signs his return to this wonderful city so dear to his heart, where he dreamed of sharing his passion.
From fruits tarts to Pavlova passing by the St Honoré to the Paris-Pyla, his iconic dessert, Antony Prunet brings back childhood flavors of our grandmothers’ pastries.
As from 7.30am, our team welcomes you every day for a gourmet breakfast, and as from midday, the chef Jérémy Mathieu offers you an intakes savoury menu, all afternoon long, in a magical setting and on the magnificent sunny terrace.
